The Nurburgring’s All-Time Lap Record Could Be In Trouble
If the Nurburgring’s 35-year old all-time lap record ends up falling, we can point to the Porsche 919 Hybrid Evo as the car that did it. The unrestricted version of the German automaker’s LMP1 racer was recently spotted going full blast at the Nurburgring, fueling speculation that the car is preparing to take down the track’s 6:11.3 lap record that was set in 1983 by Stefan Bellof and his Porsche 956. It’s unclear if the 919 Hybrid Evo’s appearance at the Nordschleife is a sign of things to come, but the car’s recent globe-trotting, record-breaking exploits on other race tracks suggest that it has its sights sets on breaking the world’s pre-eminent lap record.

Taking one step closer to the true-blue racing pedigree of the M1, the 2018 R1 series will enhance rider experience by improving suspension, shifting and fuelling to be the "most sought-after supersport motorcycles designed to deliver the pinnacle of performance on and off the track".
2019 Subaru WRX and WRX STI Series.Gray
Having just celebrated 50 years in the U.S. with a batch of limited-edition packages for eight different models at the Chicago Auto Show, Subaru unveiled two more special-edition versions of the WRX and WRX STI at the 2018 Subaru Tecnica International Boxerfest in Washington D.C.
Much like the 50th Anniversary Edition, the Series.Gray comes with a special exterior paint, a sportier interior, and extra standard equipment. Only 1,000 units of the Series.Gray cars will be produced, with 750 WRX and only 250 WRX STI models to leave the factory. Besides being produced in smaller numbers, the WRX STI also gets a revised chassis for a sportier ride. Let’s find out more about both cars in the review below.

Does the Audi Q8’s Massive Grille Ruin the Whole Design?
The Audi Q8 SUV is making its long-awaited debut today, and the first images of the SUV reveal a somewhat messy-looking front end that appears to have robbed the vehicle from becoming a drop-dead gorgeous model. The overall design of the production Q8 is relatively similar to the concept versions — the Q8 and Q8 Sport Concepts - that came before it, but there is something to be said for what looks to be an overdone design by Audis’ traditionally astute designers.

The Shelby Mustang Super Snake has been updated for 2018 and 2019 with extra power, new looks, and a desire to eat anything that comes near it – all for a price of $113,445.
If you’re in the market for a Mustang with excessive power and an excessive price tag, then look no further than the update Shelby Super Snake. For that $113,445 price tag, you get a base Mustang GT with a whole host of add-ons that bring power output up to 710 horsepower in standard form. Standard performance equipment includes Ford Performance 710-horsepower supercharger, Shelby’s extreme cooling package, performance half shafts, short throw shifter, one-piece driveshaft (manual transmission only,) Ford performance exhaust, 20-inch wheels, and a Shelby Brembo brake system with break and bearing cooling.
That’s not the best of the Super Snake, though. If you really want something more, you can opt for the 800+ horsepower supercharger. It’s a Whipple unit and comes pre-polished. According to Shelby, the 800+ horsepower upgrade can deliver a 60-mph sprint in 3.5 seconds. It might be more powerful and a bit faster, but we’d rather get our hands on one of those 10 1967 Shelby GT500 Super Snake continuation cars instead. Either way, go ahead and watch the video below to get your Super Snake on full tilt.

2023 Alfa Romeo Large SUV
Alfa Romeo is looking to expand its hauler lineup with an even bigger vehicle that will seat seven and have an electrified drivetrain, so we put together a rendering of what it could look like.
The upcoming SUV is part of a bigger plan that also includes a new range of performance hybrid models. There’s no specific information on any car, but an announcement is expected to be made in June 2018 by Fiat Chrysler Automobiles. The SUV is considered a vital model for the company’s ambitions on the U.S. market, but word has it Alfa Romeo is still waiting to see how the Stelvio does on the market before it greenlights a larger SUV. We’ll just have to wait a little longer but, until then, check out our speculative review below.
Subaru’s Idea of a Rear-Seat Entertainment System Involves a Pair of iPads, Harman Kardon Headpones, and Otterbox Cases
The Volvo XC60 was completely revamped for 2018 and boy did it come with fresh looks. The headlights are sexy, the front end as a whole is very attractive, and it’s got just the right silhouette. It’s definitely a strong proposition in an overpopulated market, to say the least. What’s even more attractive are the engine options available, bringing anywhere from 190 and 407 horsepower to the table. Either way, we find it a good fit for our wallpaper of the day, so we’ve hand-picked our favorite wallpaper just for you. And, if you don’t like our favorite, we’ve thrown in some more at the bottom for you to pick from. Go ahead and snag a few, they’re free for the taking.
